Our History
Turtle Bay Land Company, Inc. is a Hawaii corporation founded in 2002 as a vehicle for creating wealth through aggressive investing in Real Estate, and to provide high-end education for other investors. The company has two major divisions – investing operations under Emerging Wealth Strategies, Inc., and a training division under HonoluluMentor.com.
Our Mission
Our mission is to invest in real estate aggressively to earn consistent high returns, with low manageable risk, for our shareholders and business partners. We do this by analyzing a broad array of possible investment opportunities, carefully selecting the best deals that offer the highest return and lowest risk, then employing the most effective strategies, and continually refining our operations and performance. Using almost two decades of experience in local real-estate investing to differentiate our business, we seek to dominate our market, and develop the most creative and profitable real-estate investment opportunities in Hawaii.
Our secondary objective is to provide the best REI education available at an affordable price. We accomplish this by providing hands-on education in the latest cutting-edge Real Estate Investing strategies – strategies that have proven to be effective in our investing company. Our principals have been, and always will be, active, successful investors first, and trainers and mentors second.

Renovate We create awe-inspiring kitchens and bathrooms. Our finished properties have an attractive curb appeal. Our interior and exterior colors are modern and classy. We create beautiful homes and condos at very low costs.
Sell or Hold We are able to sell quickly using creative strategies. When market conditions warrant, we employ short-term hold strategies for passive income and market appreciation, creating long-term wealth. In all cases, we invest for the highest ROI with the lowest risk.

Our Principals
Michael Mazzella, President & CEO
Michael Mazzella is a nationally-known Real-Estate Investor, author, and Millionaire Mentor, who bought his first property in 1993.
After flipping a foreclosure property for a quick profit, Michael gave notice at work and has been ‘happily unemployed’ ever since. The rest is history. Today, Michael is one of Hawaii’s most active real-estate investors, and owns residential and commercial properties from the Hawaiian Islands to the U.S. East Coast.
Michael invests to win – he does not follow the herd. Over the past decade he has developed and refined his own savvy investing strategies in both up and down markets, and as a result of these techniques, has never lost money in a deal.
In 2004, Michael started a training company, Honolulu Mentor (HonoluluMentor.com) and began sharing his strategies, many of which are not taught anywhere else. Michael is also a highly sought-after speaker and mentor, and has trained thousands of students across the nation. Graduates of his Millionaire Mentor course enjoy a high success rate, and include an expanding list of real-estate millionaires.
Rather than banks, Michael uses cash from private individuals to fund his investing operations. His private lenders earn up to 12% while their investment is secured by real estate. Michael lives in Honolulu, Hawaii with his wife and three children. He hosts a weekly radio and TV show, and enjoys working out, and playing with his children.

Tiffany Jay: Vice President of Operations
Tiffany Jay is the Vice President of Operations at Turtle Bay Land Company. 
She is one of Hawaii’s top female professional real-estate investors, and runs the day-to-day operations of the company. She plans, supervises, and oversees the renovations; trains and leads staff; and works with homeowners and private money lenders.
Tiffany also conducts the critical in-depth analysis on potential property acquisitions and implements the sale of the properties. She is experienced in flipping houses, wholesaling deals, and the 5-Day Sale. Tiffany appears regularly on local TV and radio, giving advice on various investing topics and property renovations. She serves on the Board of Directors for Wealth Clubs of America, a networking organization for real-estate investors and entrepreneurs.
Tiffany holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Hawaii, and is a lifelong resident of Oahu, Hawaii. She enjoys meeting new people, helping others become successful investors, and is always seeking new and valuable information to help herself and her colleagues be the very best real-estate investors they can be.
